Our dogs are part of our family, which means that once they leave us their new owners become part of the family as well. We understand life can throw unexpected things in our path and these events might force us to part with our beloved pets as hard as that may be. ALL Alemir Poodles who find themselves at this point are to be returned to us. At no point will one of our fourlegged family be sent to a shelter, rescue or unscreened household. I breed first for myself and second for the organizations that are so dear to my heart. At times I will have puppies who are available to the right home. If you are interested in owning one of these incredible animals, please feel free to call or write at anytime.
For those interested in a puppy, (in particular those interested in a certain sex or color), I will begin taking deposits one month before the whelp date. This is simply to hold your place in line for that particular dog. If we find that it is impossible to give you the puppy you desire (there are no cream females lets say) than you will have the choice of waiting for the next litter or choosing from the rest of the litter. All of my puppies are temperment tested and in this way the best home can be truly chosen for those who are more out going and those who are on the shy side. I do not condone the use of any Alemir Poodle for the creation of Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, or any other "Designer Dog" that seems to be cropping up here and there lately. PLEASE SEE A FEW VERY INFORMATIVE ARTICLES ON MY LINKS PAGE.
All of my dogs are vaccinated for Distemper and Parvo at 8, 12, and16 weeks of age. When old enough, they are crate trained as we believe that a dog is happiest when he/she has a "den" to call their own.
When purchasing a dog, we will ship by private treaty but we would much rather meet our prospective puppy owners and have you meet us.
